We called Acculift for some foundation cracks early in the year, due to this spring's crazy weather the work could not be finished until it dried out, even with a longer than anticipated repair time I was very happy with the service. Everyone I encountered from the owner, the office manager and the repairman were all so kind and professional. Karen and all of the Acculift employees I dealt with were very professional and thorough. Karen worked with me to give me a complete and clear explanation and proposal estimate of the job and costs. She came out numerous times as I had additional items and questions to add to the basement and foundation project. Once the final proposal was submitted and agreed upon, a date was scheduled after the weather finally calmed down to allow the outside dig to commence. The crew came out each day early and let me know what they were doing. When inside they laid down floor protection so any dirt from the dig wouldn't soil the floors. They installed a drainage system around the exterior of the foundation, a new sump pit, new sump pump, repaired and sealed cracks both outside and carbon fibered the inside wall cracks, installed an egress window and straightened and supported the walls. At the end of the day, they cleaned up before they left. It was a pleasure to have pleasant and knowledgeable people to work with that are dedicated to do the job right. Bob was instrumental in the Foundation Repairs at Mary Free Bed Hospital . He inspected my property and recommended an intricate French Drain System outside my Commercial property. Brian was great to work with and answered all questions that I had and was always here checking the work being done. Ian, Joseph and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job.
