Field Installer
Our Field Installers provide a key role as a member of our Field Crew. Working with the Field Foreman and Field Laborers, the Installer performs duties that result in the successful installation of our foundation repair solutions.
- Driving company trucks to/from jobsites
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Operation of mini-excavator and skidloader
- Expert knowledge of small tools (hammer drills, concrete saws, jack hammers)
- Ability to direct and train Laborers
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 3 months
- Ability to carry 100lbs and navigate uneven terrain
- Hourly Pay $20-24/hour, plus monthly bonus profit sharing
Field Laborer
Our Field Laborers provide a supportive role as a member of our Field Crew. Working under the Field Foreman and Field Installers, the Laborer's efforts are crucial to the successful installation of various foundation repair solutions.
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of small tools (hammer drills, concrete saws, jack hammers)
- Basic understanding of construction or concrete
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 1 year
- Ability to carry 100lbs and navigate uneven terrain
- Hourly Pay $18-20/hour, plus monthly bonus profit sharing
