Paid Holidays
Employees will receive seven paid holidays per year
40 Hours of PTO per Year for New Employees
There is potential to earn a maximum of 160 hours per year

Premiums for employees are currently paid for 100% by Acculift, with dependent premiums shared 50/50

Receive up to $1000/year for dental and $200/year for vision for each dependent
Retirement Matching
100% match for up to 3% contribution. There is no vesting period for our retirement program which means the matched funds are yours regardless of length of employment

Field Installer
Our Field Installers provide a key role as a member of our Field Crew. Working with the Field Foreman and Field Laborers, the Installer performs duties that result in the successful installation of our foundation repair solutions. This includes structural piering, interior draintile/sump pit installs, and excavation of foundation walls. Key Responsibilities and Capabilities include:
- Driving company trucks to/from jobsites.
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of operation of larger equipment, such as mini-excavator and skidloader.
- Expert knowledge of operation of small tools, such as hammer drills, concrete saws and jack hammers.
- Knowledge of needed materials and equipment/tools for each job.
- Ability to direct and train Laborers.
- Ability to provide basic and accurate communication to Customers.
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 3 months of employment.
- Ability to carry 100lbs and navigate uneven terrain safely.
- Hourly Pay $20-24/hour, plus monthly bonus profit sharing.
Field Laborer
Our Field Laborers provide a supportive role as a member of our Field Crew. Working under the Field Foreman and Field Installers, the Laborer's efforts are crucial to the successful installation of various foundation repair solutions for both structural remediation and waterproofing of basements. Key Responsibilities and Capabilities include:
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment.
- Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions and site conditions.
- Basic knowledge of operation of small tools, such as hammer drills, concrete saws and jack hammers.
- Knowledge of needed materials and equipment/tools for each job.
- Basic understanding of construction or concrete.
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 1 year of employment.
- Ability to carry 100lbs and navigate uneven terrain safely.
- Hourly Pay $18-20/hour, plus monthly bonus profit sharing.
